Mischa Barton, born in Hammersmith England United Kingdom on the 24th of January, 1986 is one of the most renowned and rich TV Actresses. The O.C. she played Marissa Cooper a socialite. In The Sixth Sense a film of suspense in which she played a role. In addition, she appeared in The Sixth Sensation, another suspense movie. which she appeared in was a hit TV series. The O.C., a hit TV series in which she played. Benjamin McKenzie played her love-interest. Benjamin McKenzie was her lover. Barton first made an appearance on TV in 1994 playing a young Corvina Lang as a flashback character in the soap opera All My Children. She appeared on television in 1996 and was replaced by Michelle Trachtenberg's character Lily Benton Montgomery. Katie Singer guest-starred as Jessie Sammler Evan Rachel Wood's girlfriend in the eight episodes from Once and Again. Comaneci was awarded her medals in 1996 after she was elected into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame. In 1999, ABC News and Ladies Home Journal listed Comaneci among the top 100 women of the 20th Century. In April 1996 Comaneci got married to American Olympic Champion Bart Conner and they share a son, Dylan Paul. They own several business ventures related to gymnastics. These include The Bart Conner Gymnastics Academy. Comaneci is also a member of several boards for charities that include her position on the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association Board of Directors and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation. In addition, she continues to help a variety of charitable organizations within her home country of Romania which includes those at the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital in Bucharest.
