Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A. The 2016 Olympics were held in Rio de Janeiro and Biles was the U.S.'s only female gymnast ever to win 4 gold medals. She also claimed the title of world champion for all-around, three times in succession (2013-15). Biles lived within Spring Texas in the Houston metropolitan area following the time her and her sister Adria had been adopted by parents Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone started to develop an interest in gymnastics when she was a six-year-old in a school field trip at Bannon Gymnastix. Aimee Borman was her coach throughout the following eleven years. Biles was awarded silver and gold medals at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in floor and vault before making her debut in 2011 with the elite division of the competition. A year later, Biles dominated the sport. Biles's consistent, exuberant nature and high degree of challenge in her four events -vault uneven bars balance beam floor exercise as well as floor exercise -- made her above the others.
