Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts is the daughter of Betty Lou Bredemus, and Walter Grady Roberts. She was born on 28 October 1967 in Atlanta. Roberts is fourth in the Roberts generation that has lived in Atlanta from her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was a theatre enthusiast since a young time. While a student at Emory University in 1952 he was a part of productions at Emory University as well as in other parts of Atlanta. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force and while stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi acted in a show together with Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in the year 1955. Their first son, Eric Anthony, was born in 1956. Walter attended Tulane University at New Orleans, Louisiana in 1957 after they had separated from the US Air Force. Walter was employed to work for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to assist on the stage of Bum Bum and His Buddies in Decatur Georgia. Walter along with Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning show on local television for children called Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964, a project they self-financed. They also created an organization that lasted for six years called the Actors and Writers Workshop later the same year. The couple had another two children. Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also named Lisa) and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also known by the name Julie).
