Shari Headley

Her role in Lisa McDowell, a romantic comedy film about a journey to America (1988) and its sequel Coming 2 America (2021) is her most well-known role. Headley has also been in films The Preacher's Wife (1996) and Johnson Family Vacation (2004). Headley played Detective Mimi Reed on ABC's daytime soap show All My Children from 1991-1994. Headley was also the lead of the Fox drama series 413 Hope St. (1997-1998) where she received nominations for the NAACP Image Award as Outstanding Actress in Drama Series. From 2014 until 2016, Headley was the villainous Jennifer Sallison in the Oprah Winfrey Network primetime soap show The Haves and the Have Nots.
